Olaniyan gets his feet wet at the Division II level Saturday night.

FINDLAY- Corey Olaniyan got his first taste of Division II college football this past Saturday night, as the Oilers cruised to a 31-10 win over Tiffin University in front of over 2,000 fans at Donnell Stadium.

"I was nervous going in to the game because of the different game speed," Olaniyan said.  "The first time I got in the temperature took me by surprise. It was really humid. Then the next few times I had it down, and the first play I got in on was on the punt return team."

And what about playing defense?

"I got my first hit it and it was kind of late," he said. "But I was excited to be in so I hit a receiver that was trying to block me after the play and I knocked him to the ground, and the official told him to go back to the huddle because he started it. So that was fun."
